What exactly do you deliver?

We deliver a comprehensive design report that includes ranked ASO candidate sequences with rationale, off-target analysis results, thermodynamic predictions, chemistry modification recommendations, and synthesis-ready sequences in multiple formats (IDT, Dharmacon, etc.).

How long does a typical project take?

Basic Screening takes 3-5 business days, Standard Design takes 1-2 weeks, and Advanced Consulting projects are typically 2-4 weeks. Rush delivery is available for urgent projects.

Do you synthesize the ASOs?

Accepted Answer

No, we are a computational design consultancy. We provide sequences and recommendations. Synthesis is done by specialized oligo manufacturers (IDT, TriLink, Eurofins, etc.). We can recommend synthesis partners and provide sequences in their required formats.

What information do you need to start?

At minimum: target gene name or RefSeq accession, species, desired mechanism (knockdown, splice modulation, translation block), and biological context or disease area.

Can you guarantee the ASOs will work?

Accepted Answer

No computational method can guarantee experimental success. However, our designs are based on validated principles and benchmarked against FDA-approved ASOs. We optimize for the highest probability of success, but experimental validation is always required.

Do you sign NDAs?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely. We routinely sign mutual NDAs before discussing project details. Your target genes, sequences, and project information remain strictly confidential.

What chemistries do you support?

We design for all major ASO chemistries: 2'-MOE, 2'-OMe, LNA, cEt, PMO (morpholinos), and mixed modifications. We also design gapmers and mixmers.

Can you help with splice-switching ASOs?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Splice modulation is one of our specialties. We design ASOs for exon skipping, exon inclusion, or alternative splice site selection. Our platform analyzes splicing regulatory elements (ESE/ESS/ISE/ISS) and predicts the effect of ASO binding on splicing outcomes.
